Can I switch plans at any time? ▼
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Account Settings page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then.
Is there a free trial? ▼
You can start with our Free plan to explore core features, then upgrade to a paid plan when you're ready.
What payment methods do you accept? ▼
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid by invoice.
Do you offer refunds? ▼
Yes. New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge, provided you haven't materially used paid-tier features. Renewals are non-refundable. See our

Is my data secure? ▼
Absolutely. We use AES-256 encryption, Azure SQL with TDE, and follow industry best practices. Your data is never shared with third parties.
