Can I switch plans at any time? ▼
Yes. Change plans anytime from your Account Settings page. Changes between paid tiers take effect immediately and are prorated. A downgrade to Free takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full paid access until then. No refund or proration is issued for a downgrade to Free.
Is there a free trial? ▼
You can start with our Free plan to explore core features, then upgrade to a paid plan when you're ready.
What payment methods do you accept? ▼
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe.
Do you offer refunds? ▼
Yes. New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge, provided you haven't materially used paid-tier features. Renewals are non-refundable. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Is my data secure? ▼
Yes. Sensitive data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 column encryption, the database itself is encrypted with transparent data encryption, and access runs through managed identities on enterprise cloud infrastructure. Your data is never shared with third parties.
