By creating an account, accessing, or using AlgoForgeX ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
AlgoForgeX is a financial market research and analysis platform that provides:
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO AI-GENERATED ANALYSES, PREDICTIONS, FORECASTS, TRADE IDEAS, HEALTH SCORES, RISK METRICS, PAPER TRADING RESULTS, AND RESEARCH OUTPUTS, ARE PROVIDED FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TAX ADVICE, LEGAL ADVICE, OR TRADING ADVICE OF ANY KIND.

To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for:
Account approval is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate any account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
The Platform offers multiple subscription tiers. Features, limits, and pricing may change. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) at the then-current price until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. We will send a reminder email before any price change takes effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel before renewal.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your Account Settings page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain paid-tier access until that date. No prorated refund is issued for mid-cycle cancellations, except as described in Section 5.3 or as required by law.
For new paid subscriptions, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial payment, provided you have not materially used paid-tier features (e.g. consumed significant AI research quota). Renewals (second and subsequent billing cycles) are non-refundable. Refund requests outside the 14-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our sole discretion. To request a refund, contact admin@algoforgex.com.
If a renewal charge fails, we will retry the payment method for up to seven (7) days and notify you by email. If payment is not resolved within that window, your subscription will automatically downgrade to the Free tier; your data is preserved and you may re-subscribe at any time.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Changes will not affect your current billing period. You will receive at least thirty (30) days' notice of any price increase before it takes effect at your next renewal. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

All content, features, functionality, design, code, and branding of AlgoForgeX are owned by AlgoForgeX and are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:
You retain ownership of any data you input into the Platform (e.g., portfolio holdings, journal entries, notes). You grant AlgoForgeX a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Platform's services.
The Platform integrates with the following named third-party service providers. Your use of the Platform is also subject to these providers' terms and policies; we are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or conduct.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALGOFORGEX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT MARKET DATA, AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS, ANALYTICS, OR ANY OTHER PLATFORM CONTENT ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR FREE OF ERRORS. YOU USE THE PLATFORM AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALGOFORGEX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, INVESTMENT LOSSES, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to AlgoForgeX in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlgoForgeX, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
AlgoForgeX respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by sending a written communication to our designated agent that includes:

We may terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. Submitting a knowingly false notice may subject you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
AlgoForgeX shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, failures of third-party service providers (including cloud, AI, market data, or payment providers), power or telecommunications outages, pandemics, or cyberattacks.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or territory that is subject to U.S. government embargoes or has been designated by the U.S. government as a "terrorist-supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties (including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals List). You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. and international export control and sanctions laws in connection with your use of the Platform.
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to bring a lawsuit in court or participate in a class action.
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting admin@algoforgex.com with a description of your claim. We will attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith within sixty (60) days.
Except as provided below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (available at adr.org). The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AND ALGOFORGEX EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. YOU AND ALGOFORGEX EACH AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS WILL BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS PROCEEDING.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement and class-action waiver by sending a written notice to admin@algoforgex.com (subject line: "Arbitration Opt-Out") within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your full name, account email, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out. If you opt out, you will not be bound by Sections 15.2 and 15.4, but all other provisions of these Terms will continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If any claim is not subject to arbitration, you and AlgoForgeX agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for such claims.
You may terminate your account at any time through the Account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:
